I’ve used GEM tool hire for a while now and they always give a great and reliable service. Nice friendly team too. Most recently I called up at midday on Friday to hire a wacker and they managed to sort one for me for the weekend. I needed to drop it off first thing on Monday and they were there ready for drop off so I get get on my way ASAP. Highly recommended.

Really great service, friendly staff that were very helpful. The store is tucked away at the bottom of the estate. (prices are ex vat which I did not find out until after I brought back the items to pay for)

I called Gem Tool Hire in Banbury to hire a wet vacuum cleaner to clean a carpet. When I arrived, the guys asked me what I was using it for and suggested that this Karcher carpet cleaner would be a better tool for the job and it was cheaper to hire. They also gave me some great tips on how to get the best out of the machine and avoid unnecessary effort. Great machine, great service and much less expensive than I thought it would be. Fantastic!
